11. Children & Minors

The 10jl Platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years or older, in accordance with PAGCOR's minimum gambling age requirement for the Philippines. 10jl does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals below the age of 21.

Age is verified at the point of registration and confirmed through KYC identity document review. Where 10jl discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that an account is held by an individual below the age of 21, the account will be immediately suspended, real-money game access revoked, and deposited funds returned. Personal data collected in connection with an underage account is retained only for the period necessary to process the refund and comply with applicable regulatory reporting requirements, after which it is securely deleted.

12. International Data Transfers
